It is important to note several things about our rate schedule:
- All rooms are of comparable size with the same amenities. Same rate applies to all rooms for any given date.
- The rates reflect a range that varies based solely on the season and time of season.
- Two night minimum stay requirement for all advance in-season and weekend reservations.
Rates are for 1 2 people and include continental breakfast.

Exceptions to minimum night requirement may be subject to extra charge.
Rates may be higher for holiday weekends.
Rates are also subject to change without notification.
Deposits, Refunds and Cancellations: At the time of booking, a deposit of one evening will be charged for stays of four nights or longer or reservations made for Holiday week-ends. Balance of payment is due upon Check-in. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of arrival will be refunded the retained deposit less a $25.00 administrative fee per room. Cancellations of less than 14 days advance notice will be subject to a forfeiture of the retained deposit. Reservations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival will be subject to a one night non-refundable deposit. Please note that early departures or modifications to the original reservation are not entitled to a refund. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to provide advance notification of changes in reservations.
